La villa Hotel

The Villa was built in 1930 by a merchant of Battambang, according to the architectural style "colonial" very fashionable during the period of the protectorate. Its owner, the late Mr Heo Eap bequeathed his house to his two youngest children who lived in this house until the events of 1975.
After the Khmer Rouge's house became the headquarters of the Vietnamese army was then given to a Cambodian general on departure.
It was then partially rented and squatted for years before being sold in 2004 at the request of a young expatriate couple fell in love with this old house.

After extensive renovation, the house and its outbuildings have regained former glory as a charming guest house with 7 bedrooms with swimming pool that will delight lovers of atmosphere "Indochine". Everything was done to recreate the atmosphere of the house in the thirties when it was built, the Art Deco furniture, through electrical and fans time to old photographs yellowed by time.

La Villa is a very nice restored french colonial house. We had a wonderful honeymoon stay. We were informed by the Management about construction next door. The pool is very nice and the garden very interesting for taking pictures. Thank you to all staff and Monika & Stéphane for this pleasnt stay
